Today, Toby Randall announced his new partnership with leading social fan interaction platform Fahlo. The APP (which launches later this year) will become the official home of Toby’s fan club. Other artists currently confirmed to be using the site include Justin Bieber, Usher, Ariana Grande, and Rixton. More details to follow.
